Sessions are not recorded. No real names are stored. Your email is used for booking confirmation only — and deleted once your session date has passed.
Under GDPR Article 5(1)(e) and the Dutch UAVG, personal data is held only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected for. Once that purpose is served — it’s gone.
AVG / GDPR (Uitvoeringswet AVG, UAVG) — the Dutch implementation of the EU General Data Protection Regulation — governs all personal data processed by Last Call. The Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (AP) oversees compliance. You have the right to access, rectify, and request erasure of any data held about you at any time.
